• Our Operations Director will visit your site before the service begins and carry out a 19 page induction with the cleaner. They will be your dedicated point of contact, streamlining the communication between you and us.

• Absolute Brilliance Cleaning will appoint a supervisor to attend your site at regular intervals throughout our service contract to audit the standard of cleaning, minimizing the time needed to manage cleaning by you, the client.

• We will tailor your cleaning specification to meet with your needs and can accommodate any periodic cleaning requirements at your request, such as window cleaning, deep cleans, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing and sealing etc.

• We have a commitment to reducing our environmental impact and recycle our old cleaning bottles and refill from bulk.

• All cleaners are fully trained in the use of all chemicals used on site. We do not use bleach - all of our products are environmentally friendly.

• We are able to supply consumable stock at competitive prices, such as toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap/sanitiser, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, urinal blocks, bin liners and washing up liquid. We can supply these and personally deliver them to site, eliminating the need for your to keep on top of stock levels yourself.
